1. The Romans have descended upon the green lands
Like lions of the wilderness lying in wait

2. For twenty months amidst raging battles
Their party remains besieged

3. My supporters, whoever comes with sincerity, be patient
For the Romans will defend their false religion

4. You worshippers of the Merciful, far be it from you
To be softened towards a people who worship the cross

5. The religion is victorious but its victory
Our sins have made obscured

6. And the truth shall vanquish falsehood even if
It is tainted by the whims of souls

7. Repent, o servants of God, with sincere repentance
That erases sins with the penitent

8. And turn to victory with a hopeful face
An opening as the Book has described imminent
