1. A path inclined to its master without restraint
He organized it and gave it direction

2. Joseph has gained honor through it
And obtained reward for the Day of Judgment

3. And brought rewards to his loyal servant
To you, O man of determination and master of generosity

4. How good is the kindness of one who built it
And how good is the kindness of one who maintained it

5. It healed the oppression of people in its time
And extinguished the flames of every oppressor

6. And brought helping waters for it
The strongest sign for peace and security

7. No wonder its history came
An honored path, the path of salvation
