1. Joy was brought to the full moon at dawn
And happiness appeared, worries gone

2. So rise to the gentle garden, for the flower of companionship has appeared
And spirits have been delighted by it

3. Don't you see the breeze whispering its secret
The fragrant morning breeze spreads it

4. And the myrtle is like a maiden, so for us
Its shade suffices for rest

5. As if the cheeks of the blossoms are narcissi
And the lips of singing maidens, smiles

6. And the petal of the anemone as if
A ruby, as if it is a lamp

7. And the jasmine flower is like a sorceress
The stars are its flowers, the dawn is its awakening

8. And as if saffron in its scatterings
Is a tear wiped by affliction while dreaming

9. And as if the hyacinth branch among the garden’s arts
Is a cheek caressed by the flirt’s hand

10. Beauty wove for it garments of silk
So the expanse complained about the dune and plain

11. The morning breeze bent its robes, as if
A gale bent the wings of winds

12. As if the morning breeze was enchanted by it
It has an awakening and spirit between them

13. And upon the meadow, as if the leaves of the preserve
Are singing girls whose harmony is reformed

14. Our nightingale among the rose bushes is a lover
A finch, and a singing bulbul is enough for you

15. Joy attacked the gardens, so for me
There was struggle between the beauties and the breeze

16. And dawn defeated darkness exultantly
Until its luminous forehead shone

17. And thunder stormed the torrents, so it bared
For lightning, a blade from the cloud's scabbard

18. The lightning of its clouds does not cease smiling
Until its streaming tears exult

19. So be merry at the dance of the branches, for
The dawn's awakening dispels the depression of the drunkard

20. And to the virgins and flirts, passionately
Cast off your virginity, no sin upon you

21. Do you see the eyes of the gazelles from their eyelids
Circling the forbidden wine's cups?

22. So drink, my boon companion, and give me
A wine whose spirits relax

23. From the palm of a happy, joyful one, who stole coyness
With his beauty - and the sigh of passion exposed it

24. He sang, so his singing made us forget wishing
And his agreeableness is the wine cup and comfort

25. Oh comfort of spirits, gently with me, for
The lovers of your beauty, their spirits found comfort

26. And I would say to the critic who blamed me
Leave me be, joking is joking

27. Let not this aloofness tempt you in love
The rule of passion is aloofness and leniency

28. How can there be abstinence when the glances are swords
And how can there be escape when the spears are straight?

29. I have nothing left but to pitch my tent in a field
Which is success and attainment for the disciple

30. At the door of a Master from the Yafi clan, those who
Were delighted by their courtyards attained delight

31. A refuge for every helper in adversity
Or every rain wherever deemed lenient

32. A people at the door of truth, their guide stood up
For the arrival of those who witnessed the spacious and roamed

33. They serve from the wine of witnessing, an eternal draft
That intoxicates the souls and spirits

34. Shall we not sell our souls in loving them?
And in that for us profits are multiplied

35. My Master, suffice, oh eminent Muhammad
Whose light and splendor of ancestry elucidated

36. Tell the most high who rejected his eminence and grace
And for him the schemes they plotted and sanctioned

37. Will he not attain victory when he has a father
Through whom is the salvation of all people?

38. The roaring of the lion in its lairs is not harmed
By the prolonged barking of dogs

39. Verily time, even if it grants them wishes
Its winds will demolish what they built

40. Oh companion, if the calamities of their aggression befall you
And it exceeded limits among the people

41. Then enter its sanctuary, fragrant with his praise
While our souls are fragrant with soul

42. Sharp-minded, when the affairs of the forbidden went corrupt
His penetrating insight repairs them

43. The lineage of lofty glory rises through him, just as
Praise of his position rises with eulogies

44. Oh you who when relief from distress was hoped
With your hands you unlocked its padlock

45. Healer of hearts, protect them from the illnesses of depravity
For sometimes their wounds are mended

46. And leave worries, for all that destiny preordained
Is inevitably accessible through its decree

47. And enjoy your happiness and seize the opportunities for bliss
For seizing the purity of joy is permissible

48. The morning star beamed, oh full moon
And lit the lamp of bliss

49. It wished you good morning, its dawn shone
The fragrant morning breeze blew

50. So I will spread the congratulations at your door
And comfort, stroll in bliss, so I relax

51. And I say, oh breezes, make comfortable, relax
